QA Bite ::: Tests do not find bugs anymore – Pesticide paradox got you

If the same tests are repeated again and again, eventually, the same test cases will no longer find new bugs. 

To overcome this, the test cases need to be regularly reviewed and revised. New tests need to be added to find more defects.
